Royal Mail only class an item as missing after 14 working days have past (UK mainland only) therefore no claim or refund can be submitted prior to this. Proof of postage is kept for all shipments for a minimum of 6 months so claims can be made when the the waiting time has elapsed. International buyers are required for 28 working days before a claim or refund can be submitted. Please note:- The 14 day wait (28 for international bidders) is from the day after postage. PLEASE DO NOT BID/ BUY IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH AND ACCEPT THIS POLICY.

Returns

For faulty goods a refund will be offered in full (including original postage costs) when the item has been received back by myself and checked. If an item is inspected and found to be faulty I may at my discretion reimburse return postage costs as well.

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it to me in the original packaging (where applicable) and in the same state (Unused) within 14 days. Contact MUST be made within the first 7 days starting the day after receipt. In this case you will be responsible for all return postage costs (unless item is faulty, please see above). The winning bid/ purchase price will be refunded.

Communication

All questions/ comments received will usually be responded to within 48 hours, however if after this time you have not received a reply please do not hesitate to contact me on my mobile (07585809830)

Feedback will be left on receipt of positive feedback left for myself, please do not leave neutral or negative feedback without trying to contact me first and allowing me to resolve any problems you may have (details above including mobile number)

Make-up

All make-up/ cosmetics/ bath products/ beauty items are brand new, however they may not be sealed. This should be mentioned in the listing description. If you are in any doubt please ask. I try to include sizes for all my listings, however occasionally items do not have a size shown. Please Note:- some items sold are sample sizes, please check the listing carefully or ask if unsure. Pictures shown may not truly represent the products true size (e.g. a Bodyshop body butter full size 200ml may be pictured on a listing for a 50ml) Make-up CANNOT be shipped to Germany due to Germany’s custom regulations so please do not bid.

All buyers please be aware that from Monday 28th November 2011 due to an excessive amount of items going missing and myself being blamed, i will now only send things via a tracked service (or recorded), please note this costs more money so is reflected in my p & p price. I can no longer offer free postage because of this extra expense. I am still offering free 2nd/1st class however i will now charge 95p for the recorded option on top. I am very sorry for all the genuine e-bayers but i feel i have no choice.

I also regret that this will also apply to ALL international sales, this service alone costs £5.25 on top of any normal Airmail price, please check Royal Mail website for further details.
